The dark Brandon thing is equal parts depressing and hilarious.
The joke is that it's absurdist humor to suggest that Biden would ever do anything to actually help people, that even minor incremental changes for the better were about as likely as him swearing undying allegiance to juche thought.
And then libs were like "it's funny because he's cool and good"
