I really hate this country sometimes. And AI.
This is going to be a problem in every country, very soon, because we aren't moving quickly enough on laws surrounding AI and in particular ethics.
it probably already is in a few but just hasn't been reported, it was only thanks to the mum of one of the victims who is friends with many of my classmates who reported it after finding out that the news got big iirc
regarding the AI laws, I think in the long run we should focus much more on education against this stuff because the fact that children from ages 12-17 are doing and falling victims to this is a pretty obvious sign that people do not receive the proper sexual and mental education they need.
