I've tried that in the past and it hid the while post from view. I don't know what to recommend - we aren't actively seeking nudity on an art sub but it will occur from time to time.

It depends on your settings. The website hides NSFW by default unless you turn it on. After that it blurs. Some apps are similar, you have settings for hide or blur typically.

Is she dead? Also, the proportions of some of the fruit is unsettling.

No the artist just lay down with fruit, took a photo and painted results. There's another version with her sister.
