No 'qualified immunity' for Minnesota cop whose police attack dog attacked another cop

Poor baby. So it’s ok to do this to anyone that is not a cop? Screw that. Every cop should be attacked by a police dog so that they understand how barbaric it is. Then maybe they will think twice before using them.
