This data is just useless... It's only surveying people who HAVE cars. The percentage of people in a country who actually HAVE a car would be a better indicator of where they're most dispensable.
Not necessarily, that is a false assumption. Before the pandemic every coworker had a car to get to work, during COVID and since the company has had Work From Home. So I have driven my car maybe 3 times in a year. Me owning a car doesn't mean I wouldn't give it up.
That is me, since If I sell I don't think I could afford to buy again with what happened to used car prices. But ownership does not equal use. My neighbours car has sat dusty and neglected for more than a year, where towing warning was issued.
