Its legally required in the EU to ask for premession before you save cookies and thats good. But by law you do not have to answer these banners. They should not stop you from using the website if you ignore the banner. Ignoring the banner is a automatic "No" because only Opt-In banners are Legal.

Every banner that forces you to answer is already illegal.
