The video makes it disturbingly clear that the kitchen floor, onto which Killian was ordering Ramirez and Gonzales to lie down, was covered by this point in their dogs’ blood.

Holy shit, a reasonable ruling from the 5th circuit?
- Dog-murdering only has partial support amongst conservatives.
I wish I didn't read that. JFC...

  What sort of detail? It explains their neutral postures and wagging tails, but thankfully no description of their end beyond number of shots fired and the blood on the floor.
I’ve heard about a lot of these cases over the years, to the point where I thought it was routine that cops just shoot dogs in some parts of the US. How is it that this case is succeeding where others had failed?
