Lost Planet was amazing, lost planet 2 as well. 3 had cool first person robot gameplay but the on foot gameplay was just worse gears of war, it lost that arcade-y jump and dodgeroll gameplay with plenty of invulnerability frames that made the first 2 special.
I didn't bother with 3 when I heard it got shipped out to western devs. After what they did to Dead Rising 2 I lost interest.
I should download LP and LP 2 again and play them, they run pretty well even on old hardware.
