This is the firstest of world problems
On one hand, fuck this guy. Sounds like a complete asshole fraudster trumpist.

On the other, unless the album is meta commentary on the absurdity of copyrights and artificial scarcity I can't sympathize with the new "owner" either. Music made by already rich people, for rich people, with the specific condition that it can't be made available to the peasantry.
Wu Tang Clan ain't nothing to fuck with, evidently.
