[Feature Request] Mark read posts

For example grey out the post title to show that the post had been opened at some point already.

Second this and to take it a step further, the ability to automatically hide read posts.
- hiding read posts can already be enabled in the settings.
  
  That setting has no effect for me.
- Piggybacking here rather than make a new thread, since it seems close enough: is there a way to hide individual posts that I'm just not seeing? I was gonna come request it.
