Ya, but not on like, primetime TV or anything. Have you seen Friends re-runs? Female news anchors had nbd perky nips for a little bit there. I think it was a body-positive girl-power thing that got tried, but abandoned due to overly positive response from the wrong demographic.
Looks like you can still see them in select alleys. Or, you know, if you're a baby.

@LaurenceWolse The soundtrack around 5:28 sounded really familiar, and I was tearing my hair out trying to figure out where I'd heard it before. Finally realized that it's from Deep Throat. On the soundtrack album, it's called "Pussy Cola," though I think a lot of those titles were made up just to have name for the tracks.
