Mostly because the AI features don't solve a problem real people are having.

Most of the use cases for LLMs / content generators are in wasting peoples time. You don't need good documentation or customer support, use a chat bot so your users don't ask you questions! You can generate personalized marketing messages for your user base for pennies! You don't need to write a paper or email, we can do it for you.
I will give points for photo editing, generative fill, video upsampling, frame generation... these are nice things, just not things the common person is doing on the daily.
i will never spend a single penny on sonething that's branded ai
