Looks like an extension of existing schemes, but more of them is definitely a good thing.
That was utterly confusing. Any idea what it means for the customer?
Cheaper electricity provided you can load shift.
Like the "saving sessions" or "power-ups" that Octopus do.
As you say... That's already a thing. Does OFGEM need to do anything?
