While poking around in the tertiary backup buffer in Transporter Room 3 I stumbled upon this horror. If you have any information about the owner of this buffer please contact Security immediately.

My theory ..... Voyager never went to the Delta Quadrant, it was just O'Brien playing God with an entire ship full of people and placing them inside a simulation of his own creation inside a massive transport buffer, just to entertain himself.
