If at this point anybody willingly accepts any job in muscovy, they deserve everything that will happen to them.

Part of the problem is they're being lied to on what exactly their job is. This has been reported on previously. The job description was never a soldier. It's blatant human trafficking and slave soldiering.

If it's like their recruitment in India, it's promises of big bonuses and "no, you won't be fighting, you'll be driving a truck in Kursk" or whatever.
Spoiler: they'll be sent to fight on the front line and killed before they get that pay.
