  • Looks good. I like to use mini chocolate chips. They spread out nicely.

    MY wife brings me a pile of fresh mint from the garden. I throw the sugar, a small amount of cream, and the mint leaves in the blender and blend the hell out of them. I then add in the table cream and dissolve the sugar before adding the whipping cream.

    I couldn't find a picture of the finished ice cream but I did find one of the mint leaves and the blended mint cream.
