I think this is a good opportunity to collectively discuss what is causing us to lead this lifestyle.
Boredom breeds innovation. It's okay to be bored. In fact, I really wish our society would get "legitimately" bored more often.
So are you people in this meme just on your phone all day looking at stupid phone apps? God, what a waste of life.

Smartphones are just boring little tools guys. Don't make it your life. Be a real nerd, get a PC, and surf the web where there are no limitations set by apps. Play some video games, look at porn sites, do some online shopping or whatever. If you're done with all that, go outside and ride a bike or something.
It’s disgusting how many times I’ll catch myself opening an app I closed less than 2 minutes ago because I was bored.
I gave up conventional social media recently, and I do paid surveys instead. I made 225 dollars in four weeks.
Then its timeto put down the phone/laptop/tablet, get up off your butt and move around. Maybe even do something while youre up

I remember in the early to mid 2000s when the internet was new and there seemed to be loads of stuff to do.

Was never bored
Time to grab your board (web navigator) and surf (follow hyperlinks) the web (more commonly, the graphical "internet"). Totally rippin the gnar, my gender indeterminate dudes (check out wikipedia). Yeaaaahhh (yes, emphatically)!!!
Go for a walk, read a book, watch a movie, play a game it will make you feel so much better. Just remember to change activities every few hours. If you're going to play games for 10h you are probably going to get bored of it way too quickly.
You play shattered pixel dungeon for the next 20 hours is what you do.
