To be fair - Hexbear has blocked a community I moderate... So that bear still has claws.

Yea, but you can't downvote on Hexbear, so you can't get banned for it :D

I think that with the right client you can still downvote on hexbear.

It's not accurate. If you browse hexbear from a different instance you can still down vote, and the downvotes will be seen by all instances other then hexbear.

So what you are saying is that, if you browse with a Hexbear account, which is what I clearly meant, you can't downvote.
