What is obvious to a human is a complex thought process involving external context and culture. These are part of human 'alignment' but must be trained in a model. Such an alignment as a default in a general use global base model would contaminate things like other languages and cultures that try and use the tool.

its a proprietary license btw, just free to use for non commercial uses. Earlier SD versions were actual open source.
I have no idea how they'd ever be able to enforce it. Well good luck to them, I appreciate all the laughs for free. Although I was mostly referring to the fact that you don't need to agree to a license, pay money, or create an account, which is still the case.
