Only an issue of a toddler literally sneaks in front of you when you're stopped. Not an issue while driving and almost completely out of the realm of possibility in every day driving.
I once heard a story from someone who drives a small car. They were waiting at some traffic lights. A huge ute with terrible front visibility stopped behind them. Then, 30 seconds later, the ute driver forgot there was a car in front of him and drove forward, crashing into the small car. His excuse was "I forgor 💀"
It's a utility vehicle, mate. I know Americans call them trucks, but over here you need a commercial licence to drive a truck, because they're big and they're dangerous if driven by someone without the proper training. American trucks have nothing on actual trucks, though thanks to irresponsible legislation they have many times the death toll.
