@GeekFTW do they have a kid who isn't in the pictures? Usually Chuck E. refuses entry to adults without children.
No idea, but I'd assume with enough of TK's money and a phone call in advance, exceptions can be made!
I'm choosing to believe Willow and Kris put Stokely in one of those propeller hats and claimed he was their kid.
