Judging by the mood and the equipment looks, I would expect this to be originally airsoft, not military. I'm not an expert though, so do take my judgement with a stone of salt

That is more billionaire island territory. If you want alien x human, then Area 51 might be the place.
This is interesting, I found a Ukrainian version of this little guy as well. Makes sense since it was popular even in Soviet times.
