That would be funny if Tiktok ends up being compliant with the law they pass, and any ISP that does try to ban it gets sued because of that, and the court rules that yes, it's compliant with the law. And Congress keeps trying to ban it but they're too geriatric and tech illiterate to actually get the right wording to ban it.
Eh I wouldn't count on it. Even if they somehow fuck it up that badly, they tend to follow the spirit of the law when it's something they want but they didn't account for, or letter of the law when they're just being ghouls. Vibes based law enforcement.
