Is this how hot Kirk looks to people into men? Because yeah. This is confirming how gay I am both in how I don’t find man Kirk at all attractive, and how attractive this version is.
There's a short story, The Procrustean Petard, where the TOS crew get gender swapped by ancient alien tech. Fem Kirk is basically told he's (she's, but the story doesn't respect pronouns) unfit for duty because he's so hot his crew and everyone he interacts with wouldn't be able to resist his charms.
It's...problematic in so many ways.
Lexx did an episode like that, though only their sex organs and personalities were changed
I've told myself I need to get around to watching Lexx so many times but never actually done it.

Lexx is ... demented. And the quality is very inconsistent. For every brilliant episode, there's a total clunker. I never finished watching the final season, but I really enjoyed the parts of it that I did enjoy.
The first season is more of a miniseries, it's really easy to get through and it's a goddamn masterpiece. The second season is also amazing.
I’m into both men and women. Kirk is hot. Fem-Kirk is also hot. I’m not sure they look that different lol
Haha they certainly look similar, especially the eyes, but for me it’s like a clump of dirt vs 🔥. I don’t think I ever appreciated the eye candy of TOS for people into men. Uhura is gorgeous, but she’s so underused.
