LoL, have your distinctions if you please. IANAL, so I looked it up. In a civil case one is found liable or not liable, and in a criminal case one can be found guilty or not guilty. In a battery case there can be rape, sexual abuse and/or forcible touching. The precise finding was 'liable for sexual abuse and forcible touching'.
