How is it a minimum wage if you dont have to pay it in full?
28 1 ReplyThere's a loop hole where companies don't have to pay minimum wage if tips amount to the minimum wage that would have been earned by the employee.
It's a shitty way for companies to not pay their employees and expect customers to pay them.
