Why not enforce the "pedestrians have the right of way" thing?
18 5 ReplyThe point is that people driving don't expect to see them, thus have trouble seeing them.
13 1 ReplyWe've had right on red for a long time, maybe the cars (trucks) you can't see out of are the problem.
