The context is that the guy running fast (Captain America) is running so fast he's overtaken the other guy (
War MachineFalcon, eventually) like 4 times. He's getting more and more frustrated with being outdone in raw athleticism.-

That's Falcon, later Captain America (II). Sam Wilson never wore the War Machine armor, nor any other Stark armor like Iron Patriot.
