I like how he wants Canada as one state. Keeping the Provinces split would push the Senate to the left for quite some time.

Unfortunately if Canada got 20 senators they still wouldn't have a 60% supermajority to remove Trump, undo citizens united, or enact public option healthcare with. It would be 47+20 = 67 and out of 120 that is 55.83%
