Dont overwork those under 30 to become tired at 30. Give everyone the same minimum work hours. Aka, 4/5 ( aka 24h work week )

If the work is meaningful and fairly paid, then it kind of makes sense that some young people might choose to go all out while they've got the exuberance of youth.
