No, you don't prefer honest conversations, you are fooling nobody. You prefer asking bad-faith questions and trying to pretend that witholding assistance and laughing at gay people dying is somehow different to supporting their deaths.

That is your claim and it’s false.
You could say he was indifferent or possible denied care which would be true but cheering is a distinct act which you claim but isn’t true.

People laugh for many reasons. It’s not always about being happy. Also no Reagan didn’t cheer. People had a nervous laugh at the slur was said but the deaths were not cheered. Believe what you want. I’m done
