I'm advocating for Ukrainians deciding what to do with their own country. Nothing more nothing less.
I'm an immigrant to Canada. My ancestors fought several of these freedom wars against overwhelming odds. Everything in my national identity demands I respect Ukrainians making the call on that, just like my ancestors did. I would be a disgrace to my ancestors if I didn't.
If Ukrainians decide that it's "freedom of death", that's for them to decide, just like my ancestors got to decide exactly the same question at least 3-4 times in the past 200 years.
