Can someone more well-versed in legalese please explain why the cases were given those titles?
IANAL, but as I understand it's "People v" in cases where a state's DA serves as the prosecutor and "USA v" in cases where a DOJ attorney serves as prosecutor
"The People" being like the 5% that says "OH NO, OSAMA BIN LADEN DIED 😭"
