Yeah, and a simple wooden construction with a movable metal blade keeps billionaires on their best behaviour. Or at least it did in the 18th century.

  Billionaires, royalty, that thing works on anyone really.
  
  Very true! CEOs of insurance companies that indiscriminately murder and torture people are rarely billionaires, but they definitely can be used on them as well!
