Donât take this as being accusatory but how do people know this is legit?
Honest answer is that I don't.
It could be a fraud perpetrated by somebody outside the reach of US laws and I have no idea what, if any, protections GiveSendGo has to protect donors from fraud.
Appreciate the honesty.
So last I heard the lawyer of Luigi said they are not taking outside money. That would make all fundraising a scam.
