No, no it is not. Fashion is just copycat of someone with style.
And this isn't even style, otherwise you'd see people in Walmart wearing similar clothes. Even the People Of Walmart don't wear this shit.
I'm sure someone has filled latex pants with some kind of fluid in a Walmart at some point

That's not what fashion is, fashion is a form of art and saying this is not fashion is the same as saying a Jackson Pollock is not art because it's not photorealistic.
