god I hope the pineapps are arranged so keenly because the chef has some fascination with pineapp+cottage cheese and not because nixon, the depraved animal he is, forced this professional into submission until he would make whatever the hell this is
IIRC the story is, he deliberately ordered something that mirrored the common working class meals of the time. But the White House chefs are incredibly dedicated to the bit so they gave it some nice presentation, undermining the idea behind ordering a humble meal.
