Probably from the middle, due to gravity. But I haven't seen a diagram of his particular tear duct setup. With an eyeball that large, I would assume many to keep it lubricated.
More specific studies are needed.
80 0 ReplyTears come from the lacrimal glands. They drain through tear ducts into the nose. That’s why your nose runs when you have watery eyes.
